RapidPay Update from Cow Creek Umpqua Finance Team
It has come to our attention that this month RapidPay, the company that produces bank cards for access to Tribal disbursements and other payments, sent all Cow Creek Umpqua Tribal adults a new RapidPay card in the mail.
If you do not utilize RapidPay at this time – YOU DO NOT NEED THIS CARD. It can be shredded and thrown away.
As you recall, RapidPay is an option for you to receive payments, and so is direct deposit to your bank account or Chime. If you are currently signed up for direct deposit or Chime, there is no need to keep the RapidPay card that was sent to you.
Tribal members who no longer use RapidPay can also log into their RapidPay account and deactivate it to prevent other cards being sent. If you cannot access your account, call RapidPay customer service at (888) 727-4314 and request to deactivate your account.
