Public Health Flu Events This Fall
Join your Cow Creek Public Health Team for FREE flu and COVID vaccines, flu kits, and emergency preparedness backpacks this fall when they travel across Southern Oregon and Washington.
No appointments are necessary. All Cow Creek tribal members are invited to attend any event for a free flu shot or COVID-19 vaccine, a free flu kit (Gatorade, thermometer, face masks, hand sanitizer and lip balm included), and a free survival backpack valued at $200 (one per family, please). Tribal members are also invited to stop by to meet the Cow Creek Public Health Team.

- Grants Pass – Tuesday, September 28 from 9:00 am -12:00 pm at Josephine County Public Health, 715 NW Dimmick Street, Grants Pass
- Medford – Tuesday, September 28 from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm at the Cow Creek Rogue Valley Office, 40 S Central Avenue, Medford
- Klamath Falls – Wednesday, September 29 from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm at Klamath Basin Equipment, 4304 HWY 39, Klamath Falls
- Redmond – Thursday, September 30 from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm at Klamath Basin Equipment, 2109 NW 6th Street, Redmond
- Coos Bay – Friday October 8 from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm at the Confederated Tribes of Coos, Lower Umpqua and Siuslaw Indians (CTCLUSI) Tribal Hall, 338 Wallace Avenue, Coos Bay
