Valerie Reneau LMT, CMMP

With over 20 years of experience, education, and certification as a Medical Massage Practitioner, Valerie specializes in medical massage and pain management, particularly in migraine, neck, shoulder, and sciatic pain. She works with patients to understand how they use their bodies each day, and how she can help them make changes to improve posture and reduce pain.

“I love what I do, and I’m invested in each patient’s treatment. It won’t be a spa massage, but I’m confident we can work together to reduce your pain and increase your quality of life, and maybe get a little relaxation in too. I’ve learned a lot about treating muscles, and I know a few tricks to get tight muscles to relax with low-force techniques. Deep tissue massage does not have to hurt if done properly. I’m here to help bodies heal and for patients with chronic pain to have more good days.
