COVID Testing and Vaccine Clinics Through September
Due to a rapid rise in COVID-19 infections spreading across Douglas County, Cow Creek Public Health will be offering FREE COVID-19 testing and free vaccinations to the community seven-days-a-week for the next several weeks.
UPDATE: Starting 9/13, Cow Creek Public Health and Cow Creek Health & Wellness made changes to public testing and vaccinations. Click here to read the most up to date info.
Drive-thru vaccines and COVID-19 testing will be administered every day from 10 AM to 4 PM, no appointment necessary, at the Cow Creek Public Health vaccine and testing site located across the street from the Cow Creek Government Offices at 2360 NE Stephens Street in Roseburg. Testing and vaccines are free to the public. All tests are rapid antigen tests (no PCR tests offered).
Participating community members are encouraged to show up early and anticipate wait times in order to accommodate all those in need of assistance. Please help Cow Creek Public Health and our volunteers assisting with traffic control by remaining in your car and being patient with long wait times.
If you want to receive a COVID-19 vaccine, Cow Creek Public Health offers FREE vaccines (Moderna and Johnson & Johnson) to all adults 18-years of age and older seven days a week. Vaccines are administered via drive-thru across from the Cow Creek Government Offices on Stephens Street in Roseburg (2360 NE Stephens St.). No appointments are necessary, but bring identification and be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes after receiving your vaccine.
- Monday-Friday 8AM-4:15PM (last vaccine at 3:45PM)
- Saturday-Sunday 10AM-3:45PM (last vaccine at 3:45PM)
The first combined testing and vaccine event was held Saturday, August 14 and Sunday, August 15. By late August, Cow Creek Public Health expanded free testing to weekdays as well as weekends.
